The Santa Ynez Valley Jewish Community invites you to join us in commemorating the ancient holiday of Sukkot. This festival of joy marks the end of the yearly agricultural cycle and is traditionally observed by dwelling in a sukkah – a temporary hut-like structure reminiscent of the huts where the Israelites dwelt during their exodus from Egypt. We will gather together in this outdoor abode for a community potluck and joyous celebration incorporating the lulav and etrog.
